Sales - Account Executive Role

Job Summary

Salary: Dependant upon experience.
Type: Full Time / Part Time

This position is responsible for sales and servicing of Roaming SIM cards and calling cards for people travelling outside Pakistan. Advertising inventory to new and existing clients in the respective markets.

Essential Functions

  • Understand the local market for advanced telecom products and services.
  • Makes cold calls to develop new business.
  • Makes service calls on existing clients to achieve customer satisfaction and develop new business opportunities.
  • Oversees the order process and fulfils the complete notification process for new and existing clients.
  • Completes projects as directed by the General Manager Provides continuous service throughout the campaigns in order to achieve renewal business.
  • Additional Functions Supports and exhibits consistent professional behaviour Acts with diplomacy as a representative of Mogul Wave Pte. Ltd.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Physical/Mental Demands

Good spoken English, good communication skills, multiple concurrent tasks, frequent interruptions, verbal and written communication, detailed work and confidentiality.

Equipment Used

Computer, telephone, FAX machine, photocopier, calculator, Office software and basic CRM Knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be motivated, likes challenges and is willing to work hard.
  • Must be professional in appearance and manner and be multi-task oriented and be able to communicate clearly, comprehensively and with complete personal and professional integrity.
  • 4-5 years sales experience preferred.
  • Market knowledge preferred.
  • Must consent to and successfully pass a background check.
