Country Manager - Indonesia

Job Summary

Salary: Dependant upon experience.
Type: Full Time / Part Time

This position is for an in-country manager who is responsible for a large sales team with experience in selling Roaming SIM cards and calling cards for people travelling outside Indonesia. This role is the key contact in delivering an exceptional operation service to the Mogul Wave sales team whilst working closely with the supervising managers to ensure that all practices are in line with the brands high expectations. Dedicated to leading a Sales Team throughout Indonesia to drive the best in class with other channels and partners. You will build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to create new opportunities for brand growth and development.

Essential Functions

  • Minimum bachelors degree.
  • High degree of ability to organise sales force across Pakistan.
  • Understand the local market for advanced telecom products and services.
  • Ensure an ROI on your team and that they perform to required standards.
  • Ensure consistent and efficient execution of the Sales Team by formulating processes and structures for the Sales team in line with the brands high expectations.
  • Responsible for the day to day management of a Sales Team.
  • Responsible for driving the sales performance of Mogul Wave products and services across Pakistan.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one’s with the team to include back checks and audits and reviews are completed.
  • Ensure optimum team performance and development plans are in place to drive exceptional performance.
  • Manage execution of various projects such as flagship products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all departments within Mogul Wave.
  • Assist sales teams in delivering accurate executions for key products.

Physical/Mental Demands

Equipment Used

Computer, telephone, FAX machine, photocopier, calculator, Office software and basic CRM Knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be motivated, likes challenges and is willing to work hard.
  • Must be professional in appearance and manner and be multi-task oriented and be able to communicate clearly, comprehensively and with complete personal and professional integrity.
  • 4-5 years management experience preferred.
  • Market knowledge preferred.
  • Must consent to and successfully pass a background check.
